Our Chef Bob had a vision. His vision was to create a burger that tasted like no other. He looked to combine distinct flavors that were enjoyed alone but taste amazing together. With a combination of our Smoked Beef Brisket and our Certified Angus beef, we knew we had a winner. The Beef Brisket is smoked over a special blend of flavored wood chips for approximately three hours. Once cooled it is then shredded and ground together with the Certified Angus beef to give you a tender mouthwatering flavorful best burger you’ve ever tasted!
