Monday:  Smoked Beef Brisket - Our very own in house smoked Beef Brisket sauteed with mushrooms,   
& onions.  Served on a pretzel roll. Comes with your choice of side item.

Tuesday: Three Chili Tuesdays~  1/24/12
                   Vegetarian Chili,   Southern BBQ Mixed Grill Chili,   Roadside Chili
Wednesday: Open Faced Steak Sandwich ~ An 8oz. filet cooked to your liking topped with sauteed   
mushrooms,   and haystack onions. Served with your choice of side item.

Thursday: Pasta Pasta! ~ Chefs choice ~ Various pastas & sauce creations to keep your 
 mouth watering for  more.

Friday: Friday Fresh Catch Fish Fry (1/27)
Ahi Tuna Steak: 8oz. tuna grilled, seasoned with Italian Herbs, layered
on a bed of house  rice pilaf, served with our house vegetable medley
and dressed with a tomato/spinach vodka cream sauce.

Saturday: Every Saturday Butcher fresh cuts from Robert's Specialty Meats, Chefs choice dinner specials.
